The purpose of Ulloa Cellars is to produce exceptional wines loaded with complexity, layers and a little bit of magic.

I utilize Crystal Healing Energy during the fermentation and aging of these babies. Positive Affirmations, Gratitude and Goddess Energy are also infused in the wines through Sanskrit Mantra Chanting, Sound Baths & Rituals.  

My production/winemaking  techniques consist of using stainless steel, neutral oak and terra-cotta vessels to add dimension to each wine I make. The wines are fermented with high quality yeast mixed with high quality loving vibes, stirred every day during fermentation, then aged on their lees for 6-8 months.
